  • - People recommended by TOs will take a paper test.
  • - After a thorough investigation by Bandai, those people may be promoted to Level 2 Judges.

  • * The only applicants who will be promoted to Level 2 Judges are those who receive TO recommendations. Some applicants may not receive recommendations.
