Regarding Banned/Restricted Cards
In this game a deck used in a tournament is generally permitted up to 4 copies of a card with the same card number. Cards that are exceptions and to be limited are noted in the “Banned/Restricted Card” section.
This is divided into “Banned Cards” and “Restricted Cards”. For cards that are designated as “Banned Cards” no copies of the card are permitted in the deck. For cards designated as “Restricted Cards” only 1 copy of the card is permitted in the deck.
Cards on the “Banned/Restricted Card” list may be removed and the list updated when the game environment changes, so please be sure to check it regularly for updates.

Banned Cards
BF01-005 Master Roshi
As a result, the frequency of Red decks has increased too much, so to help balance out its strong influence on the game environment we’ve decided to designate this card as a Banned Card.
FB02-031 Ribrianne
This card which has <Double Strike> when combined with the Leader skill of FB02-001 “Son Goku” can be played for just 1 cost lets the player go on a rampage-like attack.
In most conditions the defending player becomes greatly limited in options to and must maintain their life cards at a certain level, which greatly decreases the chances to win. Due to this we’ve decided to designate this card a “Banned Card” as well.
Restricted Cards
FB02-013 Kefla
Being able to play this card multiple times in a match using the Leader skill of FB02-001 “Son Goku” gives the player a clear advantage.
It has a powerful on play effect making it stable and at the same time has good synergy to progress the game, which results in more players than anticipated using it and battles becoming one-sided.
We’re designating this card a “Restricted Card”.
Please view the Rules page for further details on the rules and how to play.
We offer our sincere apologies for the trouble caused to everyone.Thank you for your kind understanding and cooperation.
