Cell grows into a higher-cost Cell by absorbing ＜Android 17＞ and ＜Android 8＞.
Cell can overwhelm your opponent in the early stages of the battle, as high-powered battle cards using minimal energy.

If you have {BT2-099 Cell’s Birth}, you can reduce ＜Cell’s＞ energy cost by -2, once.
If you can place {BT2-099 Cell’s Birth} in turn 1, you can play {BT2-086 Growing Evil Lifeform Cell} in the next turn, meaning if you have the cards in your hand, you can play {BT2-084 Perfect Force Cell} in your second turn!

＜Android 17＞ or ＜ndroid 18＞, are both essential to ＜Cell’s＞ growth.
Whichever one you desire can be surely added to your hand with {BT2-093 Terrible Creator Android 20}.
