Tournament/Organized EventWelcome Event ~In-Store event for BCC stores~

We realize there is extreme uncertainty about when events will be able to resume. Stores are independent of Bandai and should act in the best interests of their community, being mindful of safety of players. We ask stores to only hold tournaments when it is safe and legal to do so. Players are encouraged to check with your local gaming stores prior to visiting.

Outline

This is a casual in-store event designed for new stores and new players to DBSCG! Stores have the flexibility to schedule these events in the format of their choice.

Format

Each store is eligible for up 2 Welcome kits. Stores will hold one-16 player event or two-8 player event per kit, and must report the event results on BCC.　

Tournament Kit

Stores with no prior tournament reports or newly registered stores.
For eligible stores, please log in to the BCC website, go to the 'Tournament' page, then 'Kit Allocation for Store Tournaments' to see further details.

  • *Each eligible store is able to register for up to 2 Welcome Kits.
  • *Stores must report their results on the BCC website after the event/s conclude.

Prize

Guidelines for Distributing Prizes

We recommend stores to distribute the prizes while they are unable to run events.

The following guidelines are created for stores to follow:

We recommend stores to give out participation promo prizes with product purchase that is equivalent to the cost of tournament entry. We recommend limiting this to 1 per player to avoid disappointment.
