Activate Timing

This skill is always active.

This skill activates when its trigger conditions are met. If the skill has a skill cost, it must be paid to activate the skill.

This skill can be activated during your Main Phase.

You can only include 1 copy of a card with [Ultimate] in your deck. If a card with [Ultimate] would leave your Battle Area, remove it from the game instead.

You can include as many copies of cards with [Dragon Ball] in your deck as you like, as long as the total number doesn't exceed 7.

If this card is placed in an Energy Area from any area, it must be placed there in Rest Mode.
